| 90 Day Warranty
Your FixMyGadget.com repair has a ninety (90) day limited warranty against faulty workmanship and/or
manufacturer’s defects of parts. The warranty period is defined as 90 days from the date of return
shipment.
Should your system have problems during the warranty timeframe, please email FixMyGadget.com with the
details. The customer is responsible for shipping the system to FixMyGadget.com for warranty repair.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects caused by the user or damage caused by accident, abuse,
negligence or modification of, or to, any part of the system. The warranty does not cover damage due to
improper operation or maintenance, improper voltage supply or incorrect batteries, or attempted repair by
anyone other than FixMyGadget.com. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.
FixMyGadget.com will not be held liable for damage resulting from systems that have been modified prior
to our repairs and affect our repairs. Furthermore, FixMyGadget.com will not replace or refund the difference
in sale price of modified systems, over regular systems, that are damaged in shipping.
